CapitalPay International and the Kenya International Freight and Warehousing Association signed their agreement in Nairobi on 10 October 2025. The proposed system covers agent licensing, compliance, cargo monitoring, dispute handling and training.

The announced programme

Reporting at signing described a phased implementation, beginning with design and pilot testing. These are announced programme plans. This project entry concerns CapitalPay International’s Kenya agreement.

Why connected records matter

A clearing agent works with information from multiple organisations. A shared administrative record can help connect professional requirements, shipment information and the next action. Clear ownership of those steps is an essential part of designing a useful service.
